When will I receive details of the live event?
Atlanta Lung Cancer Symposium is working diligently to prepare for this years meeting and will send applicable reminders and onsite details within a couple of weeks of the event. Make sure that the email address associated with your registration is accurate and up to date so that there is no delay in receiving our communications. You may need to check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not receive a confirmation email immediately upon registering.
Will there be an opportunity to join the symposium virtually?
We are very excited to host the symposium live again this year. Unfortunately, there will not be an opportunity to participate virtually.
When do early bird registration rates end?
Early bird registration rates end September 25, 2025.
Am I able to reserve a room at the conference hotel?

What can I expect the weather to be like in Atlanta in November?
In early November, Atlanta weather is typically mild and pleasant but variable, with average highs around 64 °F and lows near 41 °F, requiring layers like short sleeves and light sweaters, as it can feel cool or chilly, especially with potential rain and wind shifts bringing colder air as winter approaches. Expect a mix of warm, late-fall days and cooler, potentially frosty mornings as the month progresses towards the typical first freeze.
Are the sessions being recorded?
The sessions will be recorded, and a link will be distributed post-event to view the videos.
Can I have access to presentation slides?
Faculty-released presentations will be available, and a link will be distributed post-event to download.
What is the meeting dress code?
Attendees are asked to dress business casual for all aspects of the event.
Is it possible to register for this meeting onsite?
Yes, we will accept onsite registrations. Please note that there may be an increase in the registration fee for those who register onsite.
Health & Safety Information
Proof of vaccination is not required to attend the meeting. The Atlanta Lung Cancer Symposium encourages all attendees be up to date with COVID-19 vaccines. In-person attendees are encouraged to test for COVID-19 prior to attending the meeting and not to attend in person if you test positive. In addition, anyone experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms should not attend in person.
