When will I receive details of the live event?

We are working diligently to prepare for this year’s meeting and will send applicable reminders and onsite details within a couple of weeks of the event. Make sure that the email address associated with your registration is accurate and up to date so that there is no delay in receiving our communications. You may need to check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not receive a confirmation email immediately upon registering.

Will there be an opportunity to join the symposium virtually?

We are very excited to host the symposium both live and virtually this year.

When do early bird registration rates end?

Early bird registration rates end April 30, 2025.

Am I able to reserve a room at the conference hotel?

To obtain a room at the discounted conference rate, hotel reservations must be booked during the registration process and are based on availability at the time of registration. Please utilize the registration path appropriate to your registration type for current availability of rooms.

What can I expect the weather to be like in Sea Island, Georgia in July?

Daily high temperatures are around 88°F, rarely falling below 81°F or exceeding 95°F. Daily low temperatures are around 71°F, rarely falling below 66°F or exceeding 75°F

Are the sessions being recorded?

The sessions will be recorded, and a link will be distributed post-event to view the approved videos.

Can I have access to presentation slides?

Faculty-released presentations will be available, and a link will be distributed post-event to download.

What is the meeting dress code?

Attendees are welcome to wear resort casual attire for all activities during the conference.

Is it possible to register for this meeting onsite?

Yes, we will accept onsite registrations. Please note that there may be an increase in the registration fee for those who register onsite.

Health & Safety Information
Proof of vaccination is not required to attend the meeting. (Insert The Conference) encourages all attendees be up to date with COVID-19 vaccines. In-person attendees are encouraged to test for COVID-19 prior to attending the meeting and not to attend in person if you test positive. In addition, anyone experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms should not attend in person.
