When will I receive the instructions for attending the virtual event?

Beyond the Congress: Key Conversations in Hematologic Malignancies from the 2022 ASCO and EHA Annual Meetings is working diligently to prepare for this unique experience and will send you the necessary instructions within a couple of weeks of the event. Make sure that the email address associated with your registration is accurate and up to date so that there is no delay in receiving our communications. You may need to check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not receive a confirmation email immediately upon registering.

Can my computer or mobile device handle the virtual event?

Most up to date computers and mobile devices such as laptops, desktops, and handheld tablets are capable of running the virtual event for you. We recommend signing onto the meeting a few minutes prior to the start time to ensure you are able to view the session. If you have any trouble, please contact us.

What do I need to do on the day of tile virtual event? How do I view the live stream?

On the morning of the event, you will be able to access t e live stream through our conference app. The conference app can be used on a desktop or mobile device. It is important to download the app and create your profile prior to the start of the meeting or you will not be able to view the live stream. You will not receive a link to the stream via email.

How do I download the conference app?

You will receive an email one week prior to the start of the conference with the conference app login information. You will need to use the email address associated with your registration in order to access he app. If you have any trouble, please contact us.

Will I be able to see the presenters for each session?

Yes. You will be able to see all session speakers along with their presentations.

Do I have to be on camera during the event?

No. Participants will not be shown on camera during the event.

Do I have to attend all the sessions in order to receive CME credit?

No, but physicians should claim only the credit to commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Can I ask questions during the sessions?

We encourage you to ask questions at any time, using the chat box widget. These questions are then displayed to the session presenters for response during the live session or afterwards as a follow up.

When will recorded sessions and presentation slides be shared?

Faculty released recorded sessions and slides will be available within 90-days, post program. Registered attendees will be notified via email, and links can be found on the Agenda tab of the program website.
